WE KNOW That God is working
For our good and for His glory.
WE KNOW that He’s the Author
And Perfecter of our story.
WE KNOW that every detail
Has been crafted by His love.
WE KNOW His heart determines
Everything He says and does.
WE KNOW we’re not condemned
And that we have been set free.
WE KNOW we’ve passed from death to Life
To live in victory.
WE KNOW because of Jesus
We are holy in God’s eyes.
WE KNOW that at the cross
His wrath was fully satisfied.
WE KNOW we’ve been adopted
By the Father through the Son.
WE KNOW we’re in a battle
Even though the war’s been won.
WE KNOW that in our suffering
God’s glory is declared.
WE KNOW we’re being sanctified –
Eternally Prepared.
WE KNOW the hope of heaven
Gives us strength to persevere.
WE KNOW our faith enables us
To conquer all our fears.
WE KNOW the Holy Spirit
Helps us know what we should pray.
WE KNOW that He will fuel us
With the courage to obey.
WE KNOW we’re God’s elect
Since we’ve responded to His voice.
WE KNOW predestination
Doesn’t mean we have no choice.
WE KNOW that there is nothing
That God’s love can’t overcome.
WE KNOW that we are saved
Because of God’s most righteous Son.
